Ya-Ya’s Tea-Board

News from the Teahouse, about tea and more

Ya-Ya’s first anniversary party on 26 July from 7 p.m.

Flyer Ya-Ya's first anniversaryIt is hard to believe, but the teahouse has been open for exactly one year now! This year has passed so quickly, we can hardly believe it’s been that long.

The teahouse’s first anniversary is reason enough to celebrate this event with a big party!

We have met many people along the way and many have offered to help us make this a memorable night. We’d like to invite everyone who’s been to the teahouse, was waiting for the right moment to visit or didn’t even know we existed to come by and join us for the night.
Come to celebrate with us with live music (the fantastic Ragamuffin Children and others), RDU DJs, a drumming circle, belly dancing, food and some great teas to try.
Update 23 July: We have a few more bands confirmed: Frankly Mauve (winner of the Canterbury regional finals of Rockquest this year), The Ancient Now, Undermingus and Philter! It all seems to come together quite nicely and we’ll sure have a great night!

We hope you can join us for this night. Help us spread the word and tell your friends.

When? Thursday, 26 July from 7 p.m.
Where? 136 Lichfield St (in the courtyard at the back of the building)
