Hello Jo!

What a great post. I haven't visited in a while - a little overwhelmed by school, but you always discuss the most fascinating topics. I always see the myriad of research on the benefits of tea. It is nice to see the information consolidated. Even nicer that during this phase in my life where I have no time to exercise that I am at least doing one good thing for myself - drinking tea!

Hope my comment finds you doing well. I am excited to see that you have updated your site to sell online. I am off to check out your "wares"! :-)

Hello,
I would like to give an insight that is a great complement to health in conjunction with drinking organic high quality teas.
Let me begin by saying, with all decisions we have the option to believe, based solely on popularity which usually comes from our inexhaustible media hype or we can choose to do the homework ourselves and build a foundation of truths and then move on from that. Of course others suggestions and opinions are always helpful.
If you are seriously searching to regain your health and vitality, my suggestion is yoga, maybe it is time to take a step toward finding out how wonderful it is and also how well it goes together with tea drinking. I find both these activities to be quite transforming. I can say this because I've now taken up yoga again for the 2nd time in my life, with one significant difference, I did my fact finding and found vast information on the subject of yoga and how it is being taught. This has made a world of difference compared to my first experience. The first course I took was for one year and I never got anywhere except to feel quite defeated, so I quit.
My wanting to share this with you is just that simple, I've just come back from yoga and am sitting here having a cup of Wuyi black tea and feeling one of the many ways one can after combining these two quality activities, this time it is splendid!
I must mention my yoga teacher though and tell you she is a gifted and trained professional in Anusara Yoga, who now drinks tea with me, thanks so much for your instruction and guidence!
