My problem is actually that I have so much in my head that I want to write about, it's hard to decide and get started on one article. @Michael: I told you that the tea houses in Germany might be under-impressing to you. Nothing beats Christchurch, right? It is possible to hunt down some decent leaves, but it requires some dexterity to not end up with some toffee or cinnamon apple flavoured brew in one of the many German "tea" shops. But I can check into shipping options if you like (actually, I have another friend/customer in Germany who might be keen to split shipping cost). @Scott:
