Ya-Ya's Tea Board

Alright, over the years, we’ve sent tea to many customers overseas – mainly to Australia, the US, Canada and even Germany. But you might imagine how excited I was when Alex from Nuuk in Greenland placed an order with Ya-Ya!

I’ve always had a strange fascination for those cold, far-out-of-the-way places like Spitzbergen, Newfoundland, Antarctica – and Greenland. Of course, I had to google for some images from Nuuk and let me tell you, it looks cold. But it has its own beauty, in a desolate way (the same desolation that has me longing to go on a holiday in Iceland).

The lady at the post shop who sees me a few times a week, made a comment along the lines that Ya-Ya seems to be on its way to international stardom. Well, I wouldn’t quite express it like that, but hey, we have a customer in Greenland. I bet there aren’t many kiwis who can say that?
